Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with an eye for detail? Join our Team as a Rooms Attendant! 
As a Rooms Attendant, you'll ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all suites and rooms in the property, taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure; ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Cleaning:  Regular cleaning duties of guest rooms and storage areas as allocated, to the required Novotel brand standard.
·  Guest Satisfaction:  Anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
·  Inventory Management:  Ensure supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
·  Teamwork:  Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate has: 

·  A keen eye for detail to ensure impeccable standards.
·  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
·  A friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
·  A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
·  Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and Public Holidays when required. 

Working rights in Australia is essential for this position. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this job role.
