Job Description
Summary
As a Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the establishment, including guest rooms, public spaces, and offices. Operating on a roster basis, you ensure efficient and courteous service, aiming for maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to the hotel's cleanliness standards. Your duties encompass cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in designated areas. Contributing significantly to a positive guest experience and upholding the hotel's standards.
Qualifications
Experience/Certificates/Education
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly and hospitable approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-groomed appearance consistently.
Physical Requirements:
