We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach,The Bheemili Resort - Managed by Accor & Novotel Vijayawada Varun. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing our organization's revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

·  Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory allocation
·  Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make informed decisions
·  Utilize revenue management systems and data analysis tools to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities
·  Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments
·  Generate regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, key metrics, and market insights
·  Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed
·  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management efficiency
·  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
·  Provide training and guidance to team members on revenue management principles and techniques
·  Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes

Qualifications

·  3-5 years of experience in revenue management or related field
·  Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
·  Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
·  Excellent financial modeling and forecasting abilities
·  In-depth understanding of pricing strategies and yield management techniques
·  Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
·  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
·  Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
·  Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
·  Revenue Management certification is a plus
·  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
·  Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
