Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organization's revenue streams and contributing to our overall financial success.
· Analyze revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
· Develop and implement revenue management strategies across various channels and market segments
· Generate regular reports and forecasts to support decision-making processes
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies
· Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
· Evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and recommend improvements
· Assist in the development and maintenance of revenue management systems and tools
· Participate in strategy discussions and contribute insights to maximize revenue potential
· Support the Director of Revenue Management in day-to-day tasks and special projects
· Ensure compliance with revenue management policies and procedures
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
· Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
· Experience with revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud, Lesa Web, and TL Lincoln
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
· Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and implement process improvements
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
· Experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment is preferred
