Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
· Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
· Lead and support the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
· Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain accurate records
· Ensure consistent food and beverage quality by adhering to established standards and procedures
· Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience
· Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and service processes
· Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
· Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies
· Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and health codes
