Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our All-Day Dining and In-Room Dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
· Manage daily operations of the All-Day Dining and In-Room Dining services.
· Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
· Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant and room service teams.
· Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
· Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
· Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
