Job Description

This leader will work closely with the F&B team to provide support during peak service times, will provide coverage of floor shifts across F&B outlets (OAK Long Bar + Kitchen/ Banquets/ In Room Dining/ Stewarding), and will assist with various administrative functions and projects. The F&B Manager will have a proactive approach to operations, attention to detail, a focus on upholding brand standards and will embrace the variability of guest and business needs. Previous supervisory experience at top F&B establishments would be an asset for this position.

 

Qualifications

·  A minimum of 1 year in a previous F&B leadership role required, preferably F&B experience within a luxury setting.
·  Previous experience in a union environment required
·  Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
·  Excellent communication, both written and verbal, professional telephone manner and demeanor with a natural response to ‘smile’ on the phone.
·  Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment and work under extreme pressure with minimal supervision.
