Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro with 147 rooms, 2 venues of dining (with 200 pax and 60 pax capacity), 1 ballroom (200 pax capacity), 7 meeting rooms. Located in the center of Jogjakarta on jalan Malioboro, opens since December 2019. A spacious pool bar is located on the roof top with city and mountains view.
Job Description
· Ensure the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, room service, conferencing, and occasional residential catering are at a consistently high standard.
· Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlet, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant, room service and conference areas are being completed.
· Work closely with the outlet chefs to ensure a seamless operation between front and back of house operations and a positive working environment.
Qualifications
· Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, particularly as a manager in a high-end restaurant or hotel;
· Previous experience in managing staff and restaurant operations is essential;
· A genuine love for and interest in all thing's food and beverage!
