Job Description
· Prepare working schedules according to the procedures
· Create a healthy atmosphere in where personnel can work with a maximum productivity and happily.
· Fill out requisition forms for necessary materials from store.
· Check daily reservation status and take necessary actions according to the reservation details.
· Make daily service briefings with its staff and ensure that service staff information are correct and accurate
Qualifications
· Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Good computer skills MS Office and Micros system
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
