Job Description

·  ​​​​Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
·  Obtain dining information from guests, such as dietary restrictions or special occasions
·  Coordinate the dining room's seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
·  Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
·  Conduct frequent inspections of the restaurant areas, reporting any deficiencies in equipment or aesthetics through the appropriate channels
·  Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives

 

Qualifications

 

·  Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
·  Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
·  Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
·  Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
·  Ability to deliver exceptional service levels under pressure
·  Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
