·  Take ownership of inquiries, maximize sales, and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

·  Exceptional customer service and communication skills across multiple channels
·  Strong knowledge of reservation and CRM systems (Opera PMS preferred).
·  Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in reservation records.
·  Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, special requests, and cross-department communication.
·  Knowledge of luxury hotel standards, with previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
·  Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating guest needs with professionalism and discretion.
