We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Reservations Agent who has experience in a similar role or on a hotel reception desk to join our team at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.
Job Description
· Manage and process all reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Collaborate with the revenue lead to ensure that all rates and channels are optimised to maximise hotel performance
· Work closely with hotel operational teams to ensure effective communication leading to seamless guest experiences.
· Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
· Utilise our reservation system to track bookings and update guest information as necessary.
· Assist in upselling hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
About you:
· Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
· Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
· Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
· A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
· Demonstrated ability and passion to deliver exceptional guest service over the phone and face to face
· Exceptional organisational & time management skills
