Job Description

·  Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms.
·  Provide accurate information on room rates, availability, and special offers.
·  Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s services, room categories, and amenities.
·  Upsell and cross-sell hotel services, including room upgrades, dining reservations, and special packages.
·  Process payments and ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the hotel’s system.
·  Assist with guest requests, changes, or special accommodations and coordinate with relevant departments.
·  Maintain guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
·  Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a hotel reservation or front office role, preferably in a luxury or 5-star environment.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
·  Strong knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
·  Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
·  Sales-minded with an ability to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities.
·  High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
