Job Description

·  Develop, implement, and evaluate recreation programs and activities for diverse age groups.
·  Supervise, train, and schedule recreation staff.
·  Manage and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
·  Develop and manage recreation budgets.
·  Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
·  Coordinate special events and tournaments.
·  Build and maintain positive relationships with participants and the community.
·  Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field preferred.
·  Experience in recreation programming and supervision.
·  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
·  First aid and CPR certification.
