Job Description
You will be required to assist with general hotel, guest and staff enquiries on a daily basis. Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the Front Office department while providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors of the hotel.
Qualifications
· Have the ability to work a flexible 7 day roster
· Excellent time management and communication skills
· Have a calm and professional demeanour in all instances
· Managers certificate is required
