Job Description

·  Manages the receipt, inspection, and documentation of all hotel deliveries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
·  Goods Receipt: Inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders; report discrepancies and damages.
·  Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and organize received goods; assist with inventory counts.
·  Documentation: Prepare and process receiving reports and related paperwork.
·  Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery issues and schedules.
·  Compliance: Follow health, safety, and hotel policies during goods handling.
·  Collaboration: Work with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics.
·  Qualifications:

 

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
·  2-3 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in hospitality.
·  Strong organizational skills and proficiency with inventory management software.
·  Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
·  Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in various conditions.
