Job description
Key tasks
During this training, you make a full audit of the quality of the hotel. Your aim is to ensure that the product and the service of the hotel is consistent and meets both internal and external requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. You coordinate the required activities to meet the quality standards of the Accor group.
You monitor and advice on the performance of the quality management system, produce data, report and measure against set standards.
These are the main tasks:
• Monitor and reply guests feedback, both on internal tools as online
• Assure guest service, handle complaints and compensations
• Evaluate guest services in all operational teams (front office, F&B and housekeeping)
• Audit cleanliness in all departments
• Audit ISO on environment, quality, health and safety
• Administration : recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
• Determining training needs
• Monitoring performance
• Support for the welcome project
After evaluations make suggestions for approval and monitor effects afterwards
