We are seeking a Front Office Manager to join our management team and play a pivotal role in crafting memorable moments for every guest. In this position, you will lead the front office with passion and professionalism, ensuring that each stay reflects the elegance, warmth, and charm that define our hotel.

Job Description

As Front Office Manager , you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating unique and memorable moments that stay with our guests long after their visit. You will act as a true brand ambassador , bringing the story of Minaro Hotel and the Tokaj region to life through genuine care, storytelling, and your passion for luxury hospitality.

You will lead and engage your team , ensuring they are empowered to deliver exceptional service and are supported in reaching their full potential. By organizing workflows, spotting development opportunities, and fostering a friendly and motivating environment , you will help your team thrive while maintaining seamless front office operations.

With your elevated emotional intelligence , you will anticipate and respond to guest needs, queries, and priorities with confidence and warmth, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and personalized service for which MGallery Collection is renowned

You are comfortable working in a flexible shift environment , always ready to support your team and step in where needed. A collaborative mindset comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working closely with others to achieve shared goals.

Ideally, you have experience managing a medium-sized team , are proficient in English and Hungarian , and are familiar with the Opera Property Management System .
