We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented to help maintain the high standard of presentation across our public spaces - creating a clean, welcoming environment for every guest, every day.

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Public Area Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public and back-of-house areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·  Cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas in line with hotel standards
·  Supporting stocktakes and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning products
·  Following all safety and hygiene procedures when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
·  Assisting with housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, houseman duties, laundry, and uniform areas
·  Responding to guest and team member requests promptly and professionally

Qualifications

·  A positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on guest service
·  Physically fit and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
·  High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards
·  Flexible and reliable, with availability to work across a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
