As a Portfolio Sales and Digital Marketing Executive, you will oversee Finance for the following hotels:

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf features golden 26 level tower with 347 accommodation rooms & suites, Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar and Allora Café. The hotel is complemented with direct access to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC), the Southern Hemisphere's largest meeting space and adjacent to the DFO centre, with 180+ retail brands.

Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley is situated 25 minutes east of Melbourne CBD and it offers 155 rooms, Ibis Kitchen & Bar, and 4 flexible meeting rooms catering from 4 delegates up to 120 delegates. Our hotel is the gateway to the magnificent Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley Food & Wine District, the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island.

Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and digital marketing in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Porfolio Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth for our portfolio of hotels. If you have a proven track record in sales, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of the hotel industry, we want to hear from you!

Keys duties include, but are not limited to the following:

·  Provide quotations for accommodation and event proposals covering across all market segments (groups, corporate, wholesale and events) ensuring revenue is maximised
·  Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and other marketing activities on behalf of the hotels
·  Develop website copy and regular content updates on all.accor.com and microsites
·  Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers and sales kits
·  Assist the Portfolio Director of Commercial with specified projects relating to Sales, Marketing, Communication, PR & Events
·  Utilise all hotel applications to their potential including ANAIS CRM and Opera PMS while ensuring accuracy in data entry and record keeping

 

Qualifications

Skills and experience

·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role
·  Formal qualification in PR/Marketing or Communications to at least Diploma level will be highly regards
·  Sound digital marketing concepts
·  Experience in preparing, writing and proofing advertising copy – desirable
·  Strong Microsoft Office skills
·  Service oriented with an eye for detail
·  Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
·  Good presentation and influencing skills
·  Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
