Key tasks

Provide excellent service to Hotel Guests along with safety and efficiency and other tasks assigned by the Chef/Duty Concierge.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering guests a warm welcome and farewell
- Providing luggage assistance to our guests
- Assisting the Concierge and Guest Services Manager to provide a smooth flow of traffic through the hotel driveway
- Assisting guests with directions and other enquiries
- Attending to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
