Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
·  Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
·  Respond to Guest Calls
·  Completes Work Orders
·  Repairs Electrical work
·  Pool Equipment repair
·  Plumbing repair
·  Mechanical repairs
·  Maintain all actions in a Daily Maintenance Log 
·  Any and all Engineering or Maintenance related item needed
·  Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
·  Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
·  Follow all safety procedures
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·  CPO Qualification preferred
·  Minimum 2 years experience as a Pool Technician

·  Previous experience in a maintenance role required
·  Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications not required but helpful
·  Must have electrical, plumbing and basic maintenance skills
·  Must be able to read, write & speak English fluently

Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
