Job Description

·  Conduct dynamic and safe Pilates classes for hotel guests, residents, and/or staff.
·  Assess individual fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet personal goals and abilities.
·  Create a welcoming and motivating environment that promotes health and well-being.
·  Ensure proper use and maintenance of Pilates equipment and studio area cleanliness.
·  Provide guidance on posture, breathing techniques, and injury prevention during sessions.
·  Promote wellness programs and encourage guest participation through engaging communication.

Qualifications

·  Certified Pilates Instructor.
·  Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fitness centers is an advantage.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
