Job Description

· 
Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, work pass applications, and HR-related queries.

· 
Coordinate recruitment process, from job posting and interviews to issuing contracts and onboarding.

· 
Prepare HR communications such as letters, reports, and monthly employee newsletters.

· 
Organize employee engagement activities, including social and recreational events.

· 
Monitor and track performance appraisals, probation reviews, and employee development records.

· 
Handle employee exit procedures and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

Qualifications

·  Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
·  Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
·  Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
