Job Description
THE MISSION ?
You are the heart of our HR operations! ❤️ As an HR Coordinator, you will be the key support for both management and staff, ensuring smooth administration and personnel management.
You'll create an engaging and friendly environment for a team of 100 people, ensuring every employee feels supported and valued.
Your leadership will ensure that the Mama experience is alive and well for all of our teams, fostering a positive and stimulating workplace.
What You'll Be Doing?
· Oversee and manage the payroll process in its entirety, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Support department managers in recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR functions.
· Serve as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
· Promote a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture, organizing events and activities to keep the team engaged.
