As An Overnight Front Desk Reception Agent you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team consistently providing outstanding service and creating genuine and lasting memories!
Starting Rate: $20.69 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.91.
What you will be doing:
· Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while assisting guests at reception.
· Greet, check in, and settle guest accounts, ensuring all service standards are met.
· Handle guest requests, complaints, and issues, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
· Perform Night Audit procedures and assist with switchboard operations.
· Maintain a personal cash float, process transactions, and support upselling efforts.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Reception Agent is an asset.
· Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an asset.
· Proficient in English (verbal & written); a second language is an asset.
· Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs while standing throughout the shift.
