Job Description

Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the beach area, including the beach, beach bar, beach food court and flame garden grill.
·  Ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained throughout the beach premises.
·  Manage a team of staff responsible for beach cleaning, beach bar operations, food court services and flame garden service. 
·  Implement and enforce environmental sustainability practices to preserve the beach ecosystem.
·  Monitor and manage inventory for the beach bar and food court, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
·  Provide excellent customer service to beach guests and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of beach activities and services.
·  Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff at the beach and sea.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in beach bar management, hospitality, or related field is essential.
·  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·  Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
·  Understanding of environmental conservation practices.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
·  The English language is a must, Russian and/or Turkish is a plus.
