Job Description

We are looking for our Operations Manager for our future JO&JOE Budapest   , which is due to open soon.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE , by being part of the opening team! The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager especially with all aspects of the Room Division ️.

Qualifications

Because you’ve got it in you:

·  You have proven experience in hotel and/or hostel operations, and a successful one in Rooms Division.
·  You are a master orchestrator in delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers.
·  You have the ability to adapt to any challenge, while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment with a high customer flow.
·  You know how to manage, but also how to identify talent and develop it!
·  You want to be at the heart of the action with your team, and not always alone at your desk.
·  You are fluent in Hungarian, and you have a good level of English.
