Job Description
As our next Part Time Night Team Member, you…
· Are the face of Ibis Bristol Temple Meads , extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
· Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
· Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
· Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
· You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
Qualifications
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
Work Experience
What we are looking for:
· A self-starter who has the ability to work unsupervised with Night Receptionist or Night Auditor experience and can work a minimum of 24 hours a week.
· Someone who can work Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
· Someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions
· A fast-thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured and reported on
· Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance.
