Job Description
Night Auditor - Sofitel London St James
As a Night Auditor, you will take care of the guests during the most important moment of their stay and ensure they have a memorable and restful experience with us.
What you will be doing:
· Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
· Take initiative to create a personalised and memorable experience to our guest journey
· Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
· Assist Night Manager in processing Night Audit
Your team and working environment:
· The Front Office team is at the heart of the hotel life, giving you the opportunity to work with international teams with different backgrounds and personalities.
· You will find a strong united team that will welcome any new ideas you will bring
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
· Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
· You must be legally entitled to work in the UK as this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
