Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team in Coimbatore, India. As a Multi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our facility's equipment and systems, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests and staff.
· Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
· Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and equipment
· Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking immediate corrective action when necessary
· Maintain and repair electrical systems, including circuits, loads, and controls
· Test and evaluate electrical equipment such as motors, heaters, and controls for safety and efficiency
· Monitor and maintain fire alarm systems according to established standards
· Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks
· Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in detail
· Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of experience in a similar multi-technician or maintenance role
· Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical field
· Strong operational and technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
· Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting
· Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols
· Experience using standard test equipment for diagnostics and repairs
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
· Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks
· Ability to work flexibly, including potential evening or weekend shifts
· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
· Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
· Valid driver's license (may be required for on-site visits)
· Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus
