Job Description
Job Summary:
Raffles Doha is seeking an experienced and proactive Mini Bar Supervisor to lead our mini bar team. The Mini Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mini bar service, ensuring that all guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong leader who can manage inventory, supervise staff, and provide exceptional service, all while upholding the luxury standards synonymous with Raffles Doha.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
· Supervise, train, and motivate the mini bar attendants to deliver exceptional service.
· Schedule and assign duties to the mini bar team, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Operational Management:
· Oversee the daily replenishment and restocking of mini bars in guest rooms.
· Ensure that all mini bar items are fresh, correctly priced, and presented in an appealing manner.
· Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas.

Inventory Control:
· Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
· Manage the ordering of mini bar products, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
· Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing department to source and receive products.

Guest Service:
· Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to the mini bar with professionalism and efficiency.
· Ensure all mini bar charges are accurately posted to guest accounts.

Quality Assurance:
· Inspect mini bar equipment regularly and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs or replacements needed.
· Implement and uphold Raffles Doha’s quality standards, ensuring consistency across all mini bars.

Compliance and Hygiene:
· Ensure that all mini bar operations comply with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
· Train the mini bar team on proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage department, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
· Skills:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in inventory management systems and hotel property management systems.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
