Job Description

·  Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their needs, medical history, and goals for the massage therapy session.
·  Explain the different types of massage techniques and recommend the most appropriate treatment.
·  Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage.
·  Adapt massage techniques to address specific client needs and conditions.
·  Use appropriate pressure, strokes, and techniques to achieve desired results.
·  Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
·  Create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for clients.
·  Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
·  Educate clients about the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques.
·  Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Qualifications

·  Valid massage therapy license or certification from a recognized institution.
·  Completion of a massage therapy program accredited by an approved organization.
·  Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
·  Physical stamina and dexterity.
·  Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences.
