Job Description
· Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Show efficiency inconstantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
· Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers (internal or external) are positive and productive; call the Manager on Duty if extra help is needed.
· Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/ Hotel.
· To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
· Is a consummate professional and exemplifies the essence of the Sofitel brand through our values.
· Oversees the hotel amenity program.
· Provide information to the General Manager, Executive assistant Manager, Front Office Manager other management and departments daily on all VIP and regular guest arrivals and departures.
· Liaise regularly with Front Office Manager, Duty Manager and Concierge to co-ordinate the welcome/farewell of VIP guests to/from the hotel.
· Make personal contact with VIP’s so that they know we acknowledge and appreciate their loyalty.
· Ensures welcome letters, Le Club letters, departure letters and others are prepared, signed and placed appropriately.
· Coordinates guest welcome cards, apology cards and special occasion cards for anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, etc.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management (or currently studying in Master Degree).
· Must have relevant experience in the hotel industry
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
