Job Description

·  Welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby with a warm and friendly demeanor.
·  Offer assistance with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities and services.
·  Assist guests with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
·  Answer any questions they may have about room reservations, hotel policies, or local attractions.
·  Act as a concierge by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing activities in the local area.
·  Assist guests with arranging transportation, make restaurant reservations, and coordinate other guest requests as needed.
·  Ensure that the lobby area is clean and tidy throughout the day.
·  Monitor the lobby for any safety or security concerns and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
·  Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
·  Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
·  Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
·  Communicate any relevant information or updates to the appropriate departments.
