คำอธิบายงาน

The role of the Learning & Development Coordinator is to support the Learning and Development Manager in facilitating the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs for all heartists. This position entails close collaboration with diverse departments to pinpoint training needs, manage training logistics, and assess program efficacy, all aimed at fostering ongoing enhancement in employee development and performance.

คุณสมบัติ

Minimum 2 years experience in training and development management

•       A creative character to capture different learning styles

•       Energetic, flexible, responsive and willing to be hands-on where required and committed to providing a service that makes a difference

•       Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai

•       Design and deliver training materials
