Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Team Member in İstanbul, Türkiye! We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our laundry operations and ensure top-notch cleanliness for our guests.

·  Operate and maintain various laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines
·  Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other textiles according to established procedures
·  Apply appropriate cleaning techniques for different fabric types and handle stain removal effectively
·  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
·  Manage laundry inventory and report any supply needs to the supervisor
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and textiles
·  Adhere to quality control standards and inspect items for cleanliness and damage
·  Assist in training new team members on laundry procedures and best practices
·  Respond to special requests from guests or other departments in a timely manner

Qualifications

·  Proficiency in operating laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines
·  Knowledge of fabric care and stain removal techniques
·  Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
·  Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
·  Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping
·  Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
·  Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
·  Strong teamwork and communication skills
·  Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
·  Prior experience in laundry operations or the hospitality industry is preferred
·  High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
