Job Description

Brewery Bar + Kitchen forms part of our Hotel Precinct based at Sydney Olympic Park. Our Precinct is home to major sporting, music and entertainment events. 

We offer exceptional opportunities for career development across much-loved brands ranging from renowned five-star luxury hotels to economy lodgings.

Our Kitchen Stewards are required to:

·  Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our Kitchens, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment.
·  Follow and adhere to all hygiene and WHS requirements

Qualifications

You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment. Regardless of your level of experience, there are a few things that would make you shine in this role, which include:

·  Great energy and a “Find the YES!” attitude.
·  Good time management skills.
·  Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
