Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Steward, your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

Keep the workspace safe, clean, and tidy
·
Make sure kitchens and staff areas are stocked with clean, sanitised, and dry equipment
·
Use chemicals and equipment correctly, following the instructions provided
·
Run the dishwashing machines as needed
·
Help out with deep cleaning in the kitchens
·
Put away equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware safely and hygienically
Qualifications
·
Demonstrated experience in a similar high volume, fast paced hospitality environment
·
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to operate effectively both collaboratively and independently
·
Flexibility to work across rotating rosters, including weekends and both AM/PM shifts
·
Commitment to achieving excellence, with a results‑driven approach and focus on high standards
