Job Description
Sales Strategy & Business Development
· Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
· Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and event planners.
· Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
· Engage with clients and partners to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
· Represent Roswyn at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
· Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and service excellence.
Team Leadership & Development
· Assist in leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
· Provide training and guidance on sales techniques, brand standards, and market trends.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and passion for hospitality.
Operational Excellence
· Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
· Manage contracts, negotiations, and proposals with precision and professionalism.
· Ensure alignment of sales activities with Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos.
Quality & Compliance
· Uphold ethical business practices and compliance with international hospitality standards.
· Ensure consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
· Promote sustainability and innovation in sales and client engagement practices.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as Associate Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager, or equivalent role in luxury hotels or lifestyle establishments.
· Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, market segmentation, and revenue management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Leadership ability to inspire and manage multicultural teams.
· Financial acumen and experience in contract management and forecasting.
