Job Description

The Kids Club Animator will be responsible for organizing and carrying out recreational and educational activities for children, creating a fun and safe environment where young guests can enjoy their time at the hotel. The Animator will encourage social interaction, learning, and creativity through games, workshops, and special events.

Responsibilities:

· 
Plan and execute daily activities for children of different ages (young children, school-age children, and pre-teens).

· 
Organize and supervise games, sports, crafts, themed activities, and special events.

· 
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children during all activities.

· 
Interact with children in a friendly and respectful manner, promoting fun and creativity.

· 
Supervise children at all times and maintain proper control in the Kids Club area.

· 
Collaborate with the animation team and other departments to coordinate large-scale activities and events.

· 
Maintain the Kids Club area clean and organized, ensuring that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition.

· 
Promote Kids Club activities to hotel guests and ensure they sign up and participate.

· 
Respond to parents' concerns and provide them with updates on their children's activities and well-being.

· 
Participate in the creation of special events, such as themed parties or celebrations, to enhance the children's experience.

· 
Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed during the execution of activities.

Qualifications

· 
Previous experience working with children (preferably in an animation or recreational activities setting).

· 
Effective communication skills, patience, and creativity.

· 
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

· 
Education in early childhood education, psychology, sociocultural animation, or a similar field.

· 
Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

· 
Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.

· 
Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

· 
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
