•Diploma in Information Technology with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a hotel or travel industry environment.
•Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint, Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
•Strong Knowledge of PABX SV 9300
•Knowledgeable on Opera Cloud CNE / Infrasys POS Cloud / SUN system Cloud / Eagle (and on Cloud) / FutureLog / Interface IFC / Ving Card / Infra Structure Net / Winpac and Airangel Wifi.
•Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly motivated individual.
•Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and to plan and execute events effectively with a strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

•To ensure that day-to-day IT related issues are managed and resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.
•Manage and support all the systems in the hotel.
•Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting.
•Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network.
•Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services.
•Liaise with vendors and work with users at all level.
•Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
