Job Description

 You will play a pivotal role in our IT department working with a fantastic team and to offer assistance in the IT team operations ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.

·  Make sure to oversee daily IT operations.
·  setting up and installing computer systems
·  Identifying software and hardware issues
·  Investigating connectivity issues
·  Giving systems access and rights

Qualifications

·  Holding Degree/Diploma in IT
·  Proven background as an IT coordinator or in a comparable position
·  Preferably who are trained in Opera - PMS, Symphony POS, Windows Server, MS Office & Networking.
·  Proficiency with a multitude of computer programmes
·  Interpersonal and problem-solving skills that are strong
·  English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus
