Job Description
As an IT Coordinator, you will work with the team to create unforgettable experiences for our internal and external guests.
What you will be doing:
· Work on technical or operational problems as reported by the team members and/or clients and guests in a timely manner.
· Assist the IT Head in keeping accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased by the hotel.
· Maintain forms, supplies and spare parts inventory for all computer system related items.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel setting
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
· Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
· Competency using a variety of computer softwares
