Job Description

· 
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring a warm and personalized
experience.

· 
Support guest arrival, in-villa check-in, and departure processes in a professional manner.

· 
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.

· 
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B Service, and other departments to deliver seamless
service.

· 
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

· 
Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences to guests in a culturally appropriate manner

Qualifications

· 
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar guest-facing role within an international luxury brand;
Maldives experience is an advantage.

· 
Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is mandatory.

· 
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· 
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple guest requests in a fast-paced
environment.

· 
Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.

· 
Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
