Aliée Istanbul, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking a dynamic, guest-oriented and results-driven “Russian Speaker Sales Executive” to join our passionate Sales team.

As a “Russian Speaker Sales Executive” , you will embody the spirit of Aliée by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering personalized sales solutions with professionalism, elegance, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
Job Description
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, agencies, and corporate partners, with a focus on Russian-speaking markets
· Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth strategies
· Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections to effectively promote Aliée’s luxury hospitality experience
· Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and business correspondence in a professional and timely manner
· Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
· Represent the hotel at sales events, trade shows, networking activities, and industry gatherings
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to support strategic sales initiatives
· Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system
· Deliver personalized and high-level service aligned with Aliée’s luxury brand standards in every interaction
· Uphold Aliée’s service philosophy while building long-term partnerships and exceptional brand loyalty
Qualifications
· Previous experience in hotel sales or luxury hospitality is preferred
· Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Guest-oriented and result-driven mindset
· Ability to build strong client relationships
· Good organizational and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence
