Job Description

·  Audit and verify all revenue transactions, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary services.
·  Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and posted in the accounting system.
·  Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.
·  Reconcile revenue discrepancies and resolve any issues or variances.
·  Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements.
·  Monitor and review all accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
·  Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
·  Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
·  Minimum of 02 years of experience in an auditing or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
·  Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  High level of integrity and attention to detail.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
