Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Efficiently and accurately takes all IVD orders according to Resort’s policy and standards.
·  Handles the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.
·  Maintain the telephone etiquette at all times.
·  Take guest orders accurately, honor all special requests.
·  Do courtesy call backs & co ordinate room clearance process.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
·  Proficient with Micros system.
·  Proficient in English both in writing and verbal.
·  Excellent communication skills ,
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with  people from diverse cultures.
