Job Description
Role Overview: The In-Room Dining Manager will oversee the operations of the in-room dining department, ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service and a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Leadership: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the in-suite dining service, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
· Guest Experience: Oversee the preparation and presentation of in-suite dining orders, ensuring that all food and beverages are delivered to the highest standards.
· Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the in-suite dining team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff performance and guest satisfaction.
· Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of food and service, addressing any issues or feedback promptly and effectively.
· Menu Management: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update in-suite dining menus, incorporating guest preferences and seasonal offerings.
· Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and efficient use of resources while minimizing waste.
· Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that all guest needs are met and exceeded.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in luxury hotel or restaurant operations.
· Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with in-suite dining operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
· Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
