Job Description
In Room Dining Captain
Our In-Room Dining Captain is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the In-Room Dining department, maximizing service delivery in all areas of the outlet, and ensuring the principles of the Resort Experience are extended to all guests.
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.00
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.35 per hour.
Job Duties Include:
· Ensure all accounts are being processed accurately and in a timely manner
· Ensure daily smooth operation of the department, maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
· Monitor labour on a daily basis
· Participate in the training and coaching of new and existing team members
· Provide support to the management team and F&B Division as required
Qualifications
· Supervisory experience in a food and beverage department
· Experience in an In-Room Dining position is an asset
· Serving It Right
· Leadership and motivational skills are required

Additional Information
Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
